Every venture here started with a problem somebody hit on shift, not with a market study. The tools exist because the gap was real first.
EMS at the core
Most of the portfolio serves EMS, air medical, and first responders directly. The rest came from the same instinct applied somewhere else.
Built to be handed over
Products people own and edit rather than rent, and programs designed to keep running after we step away.
James D. Montgomery, FP-C
Founder and Principal
James has worked in EMS for nearly two decades. He built the quality management program for a hospital-based critical care transport service, turning accreditation language into the chart reviews, performance measures, and improvement cycles a program uses day to day. That program is still running today. He also led the rollout of the same service's prehospital blood program, from cold chain handling through documentation and competency sign-off.
Linkx Solutions came out of that work. The same problems kept surfacing, and most of them were operational rather than clinical. Supplies expiring on one shelf while another station ran short. Agencies rebuilding documents from scratch that someone had already written well. At some point it made more sense to build the tools than to keep working around the gaps. One venture, The Ripple Project, began somewhere else entirely, and carries forward the memory of someone close to him.
